I called Javier a Friday evening inquiring on a quote for service/installation in a new build garage. He answered my call immediately, asked for what type of service I was seeking and scheduled a visit for quote assessment within 24 hr. He was very attentive to my request and did not try to up sell nor imply on challenges or complications on the request. Javier assesd the job with much knowledge, he was the 5th and last contractor I requested a quote from. Upon acceptance of quote, Javier was available and ready to work. He was able to complete the job in less than a week. I will most definitely keep in touch with Javier for all future projects. I reached out to several people on thumbtack and Javier was the first to respond, and was able to get to my client the same day, after hours! He did fantastic, arrived when he said he would, and sent me video of the completed job since I wasn’t on-site. A lot the things I’ve used thunbtack for have been unique hard to explain situations and I often feel like the people responding don’t take the time to read my description. Javier clearly took the time to read what I wrote and already understood what I needed when he made contact with me. Will absolutely call again, this saved me in a crucial situation!!
